Intervju med #88 Elias Blom inför morgondagens match mot HC Vita Hästen.
Hej Elias Blom!
Läget?
-I’m doing very well. I’m really enjoying the beginning spring here in Ronneby.
Vad har Elias gjort en ledig dag som denna lördag?
-I like to follow hockey a lot when i’m not playing myself. For example today we are driving to Ängelholm with Paavo to watch our U18 National team play against sweden.
Förlust senast mot Hanhals hemma. Hur skulle du beskriva matchen?
-The game against Hanhals was very tight for the whole 60 minutes and in my opinion it could have gone either way. They were efficient on their chances and took home the 3 points.
Känner du att ni fick ut allt, eller var det något som saknades?
-I think we played good hockey for the majority of the game and we should aim for similar performances in the future. Of course you can always be a bit better, so i would add a little certainty to some defensive situations and some sharpness into our offensive opportunities.

Vart spelade du din juniortid?
-I started my hockey career at the age of 5 in Helsinki with Jokerit. I got cut from there at a young age but continued playing with another junior team Helsinki vikings. I played the majority of my junior years there but before i came to sweden i played my final junior year with Kajaanin Hokki in northern Finland. I also completed my military service in Kajaani during last season.
Om du skulle bjuda på middag? Vad skulle du bjuda på?
-I would cook a medium entrecôte steak and serve it with fries and a ceasar salad. As an athlete i would obviously drink pepsi max but i would offer some red wine with the steak for the guest.
Vilka skulle få äran att smaka?
-I have not really had guests to cook for yet, but lets say that i would be happy to serve dinner to anyone of my teammates.
Imorgon möter vi Vita Hästen på hemmaplan. Senast vi möttes så blev det förlust.
Hur var de som lag?
Vad var deras starka sidor och vad var lite av deras svagheter?
-I remember from our last game against vita hästen that they were a talented team and they like to play physically. Also they are defensively very committed. Their lineup might be a little different than last time so it’s going to be interesting to see.
Vad blir nyckel enligt dig att ta de tre viktiga poängen imorgon?
-Unlike last time we are going to have a full roster and our form is great looking at recent games. They have a long bus ride tomorrow so we want to make it hard for them to get inside the game and break their rhythm right from the start. We want to play physically, have majority of the puck controll and make smart decicions all over the ice.
